Who Can Use GroundInk

GroundInk is open to all readers without registration. Creating a creator account requires registration and acceptance of these terms.

For Readers

• All articles on GroundInk are free to read
• You may share articles with proper attribution to GroundInk and the author
• You may not reproduce full articles without written permission
• You may not use our content for commercial purposes without permission

For Creators

• You retain ownership of your original reporting and journalism
• By submitting to GroundInk you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and archive your work
• You confirm that your submitted content is your original work
• You confirm that your content does not infringe the rights of others
• You confirm that factual claims in your articles are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• GroundInk may remove content that violates our Editorial Policy

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, fabricated, or plagiarised content
• Impersonating another person or organisation
• Using the platform to spread hate speech or incite violence
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction

Payments to Creators

GroundInk pays creators per published article. Payment terms are communicated separately and may change as the platform grows. Payments are subject to successful publication and compliance with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

GroundInk is a platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content submitted by creators. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their own reporting.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GroundInk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
