Corrections Policy
Last updated: May 2026
GroundInk is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we say so clearly and fix it promptly.
Our Commitment
Errors are corrected as soon as they are identified, regardless of how much time has passed since publication. We do not delete incorrect articles — we correct and annotate them so the record is clear.
How to Report an Error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please write to us at:
Please include:
- The URL of the article
- The specific error you have identified
- The correct information with any supporting evidence
How We Handle Corrections
- Minor errors (spelling, grammar, formatting) are corrected silently.
- Factual errors are corrected with a note at the bottom of the article stating what was changed and when.
- Significant errors that affect the substance of the story are corrected with a prominent editor's note at the top of the article.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 48 hours and to publish corrections within 7 days of verification.
What We Do Not Do
We do not remove articles because a subject finds them unflattering or inconvenient. Corrections are for factual errors — not for editorial disagreements.
